This gastroparesis card says "I have gastroparesis. My stomach can't digest food properly or empty normally. Eating causes pain, bloating, makes me feel (and be) sick and can stop me ansorbing nutrients so I lose weight. Symptoms vary: some people may be able to eat small portions of soft foods and take medications to help the stomach to empty, others may only tolerate liquids or be fed through a tube into the stomach. Please don't try to make me eat things I can't digest. It will make me ill. There is no cure. It is my normal.

The cards are 110x80mm, and we sell them ‘pick and mix’ style – choose the cards you want. You will receive a plain metal split ring with your card(s). This card is compatible with all other Keyring cards and Keyring card accessories on this site.

Most are available with striped borders or colour coded plain borders (pale green for ‘I’m Ok’, pale blue for ‘information’, pale orange for ‘I need you to change your behaviour’ or ‘I’m not OK’, and pale purple for ‘I have a specific condition’.)

Laminated cards are wipe clean, but should not be immersed/soaked as the laminate may separate and the card inside can become damaged.

Items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned unused and in their original condition. The customer will need to pay the cost of shipping for unwanted item(s).

In the case of faulty goods, or an incorrect or missing item, contact us within 14 days of receiving the order (by email, contact form, or phone) and let us know what has gone wrong. We will re-send the correct product or, if appropriate, refund the cost of the missing/faulty item. If a return of faulty or incorrect goods is needed, we will refund you the cost of postage for the return.
