Payments

We process payments through Stripe and paypal, which can accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card.

All Stickman Communications products are subject to copyright and the images thereon may not be replicated, reproduced or distributed in any form other than on the purchased item without the prior written permission of Hannah Ensor.

Downloads

Copyright of all download material remains with Stickman Communications Ltd. In purchasing a download, you buy the right to download that file up to 5 times within 30 days of the date of payment (in the case of free downloads, for 30 days from the date of placing the order). You may not permit the use of downloaded files by other persons and you may not share downloaded files on the internet, by email or any other electronic means. You may only print copies of the download for your personal use. If you wish to use the download for anything other than personal use, you must gain prior written permission from Stickman Communications Ltd (admin@stickmancommunications.co.uk)

Please note that once you have activated a download, you no longer have a right to withdraw from/cancel your order.

Returns and cancellations

If you believe your goods were faulty or were not as ordered, please contact Stickman Communications Ltd by email, phone or letter within 30 days of the order being dispatched to arrange returns.
